Frank fell in love with a 66 Charger when he was a teenager. In the late 70s he bought this one and performed a total restoration, but painted it with lacquer. After some time the paint started sinking as well as flaking off. Frank had Jerry's Hot Rods take the complete car down to metal, then used modern paint material to bring the car to todays standards.
